About the Job
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising the comprehensive operations of our warehouse and its staff, and meticulous management of inventory, ensuring accurate and timely accounting of incoming and outgoing of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of warehouse personnel, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management
• Supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing losses due to overstock or shortages
• Implement and maintain warehouse best practices, including safety protocols, inventory management systems, and quality control measures
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse management or a similar role
2. Experience in inventory management, and order fulfillment.
3. Strong leadership abilities to supervise and motivate warehouse staff.
4. Effective communication skills to liaise with other departments.
5. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, manage multiple tasks
6. Problem solving skill to address issues related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment and warehouse efficiency.
Preferred Skills:
Experience and familiarity with polymer products, and industry-specific warehousing challenges.

About the Job
The Procurement Operations Executive is responsible for executing the procurement process. This role involves handling purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, managing international trade logistics documentation, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that procurement activities align with the company’s operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management:
Create, process, and manage purchase orders in the company’s ERP system.
Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery of products, addressing any issues or delays.
Supplier Coordination:
Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any changes or updates.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and support.
Address and resolve any supplier-related issues, such as discrepancies or quality concerns.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of products while avoiding overstock or stockouts.
Collaborate with the sales team and customer service team to forecast demand and adjust procurement plans accordingly.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
Procurement Process Optimization:
Review and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for procurement activities.
Analyse procurement data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, import/ export documentation, customs clearing, supplier communications, and procurement transactions.
Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, inventory levels, and supplier performance to management.
Ensure proper documentation for all procurement activities, including compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Contract Management:
Manage the SLA with suppliers, ensure that contract terms and conditions are met and address any deviations or issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including sales, logistics, and quality control, to support overall company operations.
Coordinate with the finance team to process payments, and track expenditures related to procurement activities.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to address any supply chain disruptions or challenges.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Chemistry, or a related field.
3-5 years proven experience in Customer Service, logistics, procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the polymer or chemical industry.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or procurement software.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good computer knowledge / excel, word, pdf
English fluent speaking
Preferred Skills:
Experience and familiarity with polymer products, contract management and industry-specific procurement challenges.
Familiarity with contract management
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus (Hindi/ Arabic)
